First-Line Maintenance

Spectrum System integration currently provide 24×7 maintenance and support to operators, Carriers and Network Providers, additionally to Network Equipment Manufacturers.  All actions are synchronized from our Network Operations Centre (NOC). We provide a “one-stop solution” for network operators plus OEMs by offering a single-point of contact (SPOC) for issues related to network support.

Our Maintenance and Support services consist of:

  • Testing of Network (from 2Meg-to- 100Gig)

Our Maintenance and Support services can be customized to meet up bespoke prerequisites depending on the services nature and type of equipment. The Multi-Vendor expertise and knowledge of our maintenance teams means equipment/network issues are resolved swiftly and competently.

All interventions by Spectrum’s field service engineers are recorded electronically recognizing the nature of the error, times of every action on site and aspects of any spares used. Fault reports are then created on a daily/ weekly or monthly basis for the intention of analysis and review.
